These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Ways of Caring website and your communications with us, including text messages (SMS). By using our website or submitting a Caring Consult request, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

All Ways of Caring provides home care, caregiver, companion, nursing, care transport, and related services in the communities we serve. Our website provides information about these services and allows you to request a Caring Consult. This website does not itself constitute a care agreement — services are provided under a separate signed care agreement between All Ways of Caring and the client or their authorized representative.

Not Medical Advice or Emergency Services

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to All Ways of Caring — including through our Caring Consult form, over the phone, or in person — you may opt in to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, scheduling, and care.

• Program description: messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, intake follow-up, and service updates related to your inquiry or care.
• Consent: consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or any purchase from All Ways of Caring.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with our team.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
• Opt-out: text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: text HELP to any message, call our office, or visit our contact page for assistance.
• Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers: most major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers are supported. Coverage is not guaranteed for every handset, carrier, or geography.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in status collected through our text messaging program are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and communicate with us in a lawful manner, and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our Caring Consult form or other channels.
