This policy applies to our public website and intake communications. It does not replace the separate confidentiality and health-information terms contained in a client's signed care agreement, which govern how personal health information is handled once a person becomes a client.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you:

  • Submit a Caring Consult or contact form (name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about the care being sought)
  • Call, text, or email our team
  • Apply for a franchise opportunity
  • Sign in as staff, a franchise partner, or a client/family member

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse our website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, through standard web server logs and analytics tools.

  • Responding to Caring Consult requests and scheduling follow-up conversations

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Carrier coverage and delivery are not guaranteed for every handset, carrier, or geography.
